Over the years I has worked on and developed assembly and testing manufacturing lines solutions and NPI launches

These projects involved concept to detailed design release. Tasks included ideation, conceptualization, mechanism development, mechatronic movements, sensor integration, actuators selection, robot integration, pneumatic and hydraulic circuit, 2D manufacturing drawing, assembly test charts, BOM generation and engineering updates and machine manual preparation, line bring up and qualification.

Day to day activities included client interaction, design approvals, vendor negotiations and followup, indenting standard and fabricated elements, managing all phases of design. 

3D CAD and Layout, Design of mechanisms, fixtures, pneumatic/ hydraulic circuits, 2D part release, shop floor packet generation were some of the day to day tasks involved.
